Blake P. Hampton
Blake Hampton is an elder law, estate planning, and VA Accredited attorney. He is one of the youngest elder law attorneys in the state of Florida and one of the youngest admitted to the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Inspired by his brother with special needs, Blake established Hampton Law in 2015 to better serve the elderly, Veterans and the disabled. Blake incorporates his experience with long-term care and special needs into his estate plans to help families “plan today for peace of mind tomorrow.”
Blake Hampton serves on the board of local, non-profit organizations including, Vice President for LARC, Inc. and President-Elect of the Lee County Bar Association. He also serves on the Medicaid, VA Benefits and Special Needs Trust Committees of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. Blake has been recognized as a top 40 under 40 professional by Naples/Lee Herald and in April of 2018, he founded SibsSWFL, Inc. a non-profit that supports siblings of people with special needs.
