Blake P. Hampton
Blake P. Hampton is an elder law, estate planning, and VA Accredited attorney. In 2015, Hampton founded Hampton Law to focus on comprehensive, long-term and estate planning for the elderly and the disabled, helping families “plan today for peace of mind tomorrow”.
Hampton is one of the youngest attorneys admitted to the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He currently serves on the Medicaid, VA Benefits and Special Needs Trust Committees of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. Hampton also serves as Vice President on the board of directors for LARC, Inc. and as Vice President for the Lee County Bar Association, an organization that oversees more than 700 members. In addition to being named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past three years in a row, Hampton was also recognized as a top 40 under 40 professional by Naples/Lee Herald Magazine in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Kate and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, D’Artagnan.
