Blake P. Hampton is an estate planning and board certified elder law attorney serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Sanibel. With more than 13 years of legal practice experience, Attorney Hampton brings a forward-thinking, comprehensive approach to medicaid planning, estate planning, and estate administration. He is dedicated to helping families “plan today for peace of mind tomorrow.” Attorney Hampton is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and combines specialized expertise with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by seniors and military veterans. His personalized approach ensures that every comprehensive plan considers each client’s family dynamics, financial situation, healthcare needs, and long-term objectives.
In addition to earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Florida, Attorney Hampton earned his juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law, a nationally renowned institution for elder law education. He began his legal career at the prestigious Sheppard Law Firm in Fort Myers, where he developed his foundation in complex legal matters.
In 2015, Attorney Hampton founded Hampton Law, to provide comprehensive, family-focused estate planning, medicaid and special needs planning, estate and probate administration in Southwest Florida.
