Emily Rendall is a dedicated paralegal at Hampton Law with a strong background in estate planning and probate. She brings both private practice experience and corporate legal insight to her role. Emily is passionate about guiding individuals and families through the probate process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, as this can be one of life’s most challenging times.
Before joining Hampton Law, Emily served as an intern in the legal department of Allstate Insurance where she supported legal teams in navigating complex claims and litigation processes. She attended both high school and college in England and holds a law degree from the University of Exeter.
Outside of her professional work, Emily is actively involved in her community. During her time at university, she served as a local coordinator for Just Love, a nonprofit outreach organization focused on social justice and community engagement. Currently, she volunteers with the children’s ministry at her local church and is a member of the Lee County Bar Association. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, walking the beach, and her daily Pilates class.
